ESRIF must become the leading instrument for the implementation of european security for strategic infrastructure and for civilian purposes. We think, at www.intuslegere.eu, that ESRIF could develop new and effective technologies for Communication-Control and Information in the whole European space, mostly by focusing its energy on data storage, data mining, and new techniques of dissemination of these data for Police and Security services; while defining a new set of infrastructures for satellite control and internet securization.

We also think, at Intuslegere, that ESRIF could develop an air and maritime network for the security of commercial lines, while elaborating new mathematical models to integrate these data in a large European predictive scenario. And we also think that ESRIF could develop new interactive models to deal with civilian security that could be of some use for the political authorities both at EU level and at the national level.

And finally we hope that ESRIF shall be able to effectively integrate NATO, EUROCORPS, and the other politico-military institution covering the European space in a new network of civilian-military cooperation, while maintaining the basic ESRIF nature of a public-private partnership.
